14 February 2023 It is with great sadness that I write this message. I worked with Frank in the Admin office for many years, before he was transferred to Hazlehead. We all missed him as office life was never the same again. Heartfelt condolances to you Morag and your family

I worked with Frank, when we were both CBOs at the West End. Frank was a kind and friendly man and a real pleasure to work with. I consider it a privilege to have known him.
